The Muawin Mentorship Program is a pilot program launched by Batch 9 GIKI Alumni, The pilot will last for 3-months after which the learnings from the program will be used to create an organization wide program. Mentees and mentors will be required to fill regular feedback forms as part of the process.
The applications for this pilot has closed and the mentors are currently shortlisting the mentees who have applied.
